Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair oils and personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item was damaged during transit

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
